This year we reflect on a powerful man who at first glance may be viewed as modern day "hero" but after closer inspection reveals a gruesome image. Sandusky is a perfect example of how many quote/unquote "mighty men" look so pale under a magnifying lens. It is a full-on war to save our children. We used to look for these monsters under beds, in closets, attics, outside windows.. Now we are forced to scan our locker rooms, church pews, and all levels of government... No one is immune... What brings these once "hidden" monsters to a resplendent view? Why is power and pain so entwined? because... Power corrupts...
